One-day Tour of Jinfo Mountain

| 08:00am Take bus to Nanchuan County through beautiful ecological expressway. (about 1 hour) Then, go to the west gate of Jinfo Mountain (about 30 min.). Take electromobile (at visitors’ own cost, 10RMB/person) to watch Camel Peak and Censer Peak. (20 min.) Go up the mountain by Jinfo Mountain Cableway, the most luxurious alpine cableway of Aisa which is imported from France. (at visitors’ own cost, round ticket is 80RMB/person) It takes about 15 minutes. Visit the whole new walkway of Qian Niu Ping to watch splendid “Jin Gui Chao Yang (Golden Turtle Toward Sun)” and listen to the whirling sound of “Jian Zhu Lin Hai (Sea of Arrow Bamboos)”. Take cableway to the cableway station at the mountain foot. Then, visitors can walk down the mountain for sightseeing. Bi Tan You Gu (Green Lake & Servene Valley) scenic area can be seen. Visitors can also take electromobile (at visitors’ own cost, 10RMB/person). Return to Chongqing by bus. The intinerary and traffic mentioned above is for reference. 5 The transactor of Party A must truthfully tell us visitor’s age, health status and medical history while signing the
contract with us. All information must be written clearly in contract. Otherwise, Party A should undertake all the
consequences.
6 The two parties discuss about that: Airline, Ship, Bus, Attraction or Railway company should be responsible for the
direct (consequential) loss caused by delay due to the mistake of Airline, Ship, Bus, Attraction or Railway company.
Party B should not undertake any liability, but Party B will help Party A handle this issue.
7 If shuttle bus is detained by malfunction, force majeur event or unpredictable factor (such as traffic control), we will
change a bus. We should not undertake any financial compensation liability.
