Geographer finds that the cutoff of Yangtze River caused by the geography. Actually, in the north latitude 30°of earth, there are many magnificent attractions and other mysteries. Scientists are hardly to explain all the things logically.

There are many mysteries happened around north latitude 30° such as the famous Qiantang Tide of China, Mt. Huangshan of Anhui Province, Mt. Lushan of Jiangxi Province, Mt. Emei of Sichuan Province, Hanging Garden of Babylon, the Dead Sea of Jordan, famous pyramid of ancient Egypt as well as the Sphinx, the mural of Sahara Desert of northern Africa, the Bermuda of Caribbean Sea and ancient Maya Civilization Relics.

Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, located at north latitude 32.10°and east longitude 120.01°. The cutoffs of Yangtze River happened in this city.

The Reason of Cutoff of Yangtze River – Eastern Rift Valley

In Yangtze River history, there is an ancient large rift valley hidden in east part of China. The ancient large rift valley is known by few people. It has long history and cross Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province. Actually, the two times of cutoffs of Yangtze River are both happened at the same part of the ancient large rift valley.

In Taixing City, the Yangtze River flows to the south direction. It is more than 40 kilometers long. Towards the north along Yangtze River, there is the 4th larger fresh water lake – Hongze Lake, which formed hundreds years ago.

But unexpected, there is an ancient salina hidden at the bottom of the Hongze Lake with the same acreage. The salina has been formed about 6-7 million years ago. The lakebed was miraculously located at the bottom of the ancient rift valley.

Nowadays, people realize that the ancient rift valley control the dry part of Yangtze River and the ancient rift valley was formed by it. In addition, there are many river nets in the underground. The radiation energy of underground is more powerful than cosmic radiation energy. Thus, people are easy to feel dizzy and obnubilation and out of their control. It will make some animals change into anomalies reactions, for example, the frog will be mute.
