As a symbol of scenic spots of Chongqing Municipality, Baoding Mountain scenic spot will be extended as 5 times large of 1100 mu. At the end of this year, the extending project will be completed. At that time, the parking lot will be build as 25000 square meters.

Scenic Spots of Baoding Mountain of Dazu

Baoding Mountain Scenic Spot stretches from northeast to southwest. According to the report, after the completion of the extending project, at least more than 20 scenic spots will be built. The total investment is about 550 million Yuan.

There is a pilgrimage way of 1.5 kilometers long. On both sides, there are many attractions such as Shengshou Temple, high Avalokitesvara Buddha, Jingguan Tower, peacock garden and Dazu Grottoes Museum and other scenic spots.

In Baoding Mountain scenic spot, people have to walk through instead of taking a car.

New Shopping Mall of Baoding Mountain of Dazu

With the advanced management, Baoding Mountain will be built the parking lot for tourist bus and battery truck, worship square, the reception center and other service project. All of which will be built in the peacock center.

Besides that, the peacock will be built as 37600 square meters large and 648 stores. The new retro shopping mall of the Southern Song Dynasty style will be built.

Art Museum of Baoding Mountain of Dazu

The stone carvings art museum of Dazu will be transformed as a retro building. Consists of the Chinese Buddhism art exhibition hall, Dazu stone carvings art exhibition hall and other exhibitions, the main building covers almost 20000 square meters large.

Parking Lot of Baoding Mountain of Dazu

After the completion of the extending project, the parking lot will also be extended. In the future, the main parking lot will cover 25000 square meters including 400 small parking lots and 150 large parking lots. About 10000 people are allowed to transfer at the same time.

The battery truck parking lot will cover 6500 square meters including 100 parking lots for middle size car.
