Chongqing, one of the four municipalities of China, is located at the southwestern part of China. It is one of the important cities in China and also the economy center of upper reaches of Yangtze River. As the famous historical and cultural city listed by the State Council, it has a long history. With the steep hills and fogs, Chongqing is also called Mountain City or Foggy City. This city was flowed through by famous Yangtze River and Jialing River, thus it has a long Yangtze River history. With the magnificent and impressive scenery on the Rivers, Yangtze Cruise ships along the Yangtze River.

Chongqing Will Built Ten Cultural Landmarks – Facilities

The Guotai Arts Center situates in Jiefangbei, the economic center of Chongqing Municipality. It will come to service in October this year. The Public New Art Gallery situated in Hongen Temple. The main project will be completed at the end of this year. The Natural Museum situates in Beibei District and will be started opening to public very soon. The Chongqing International Circus City will be started building in June this year.

In recent five years, there are other important cultural facilities will be constructed such as Chongqig Industry Museum, Dazu Grottoes Museum, Chongqing film and television production base.

Still now, the project of Chongqing film and television production base has been constructed in Liangjiang New Area.
