A Brief Introduction to Youyang County

Youyang County is an autonomous county of Tujia nationality and Miao nationality. It is situated in the Wuling Mountain area in the southeast of Chongqing. Chongqing, Hubei Province, Hu'nan Province and Guizhou Province adjoin each other here in Youyang County. Youyang County is the largest county of Chongqing. Youyang County was originally set up in Gaozu the fifth year of the west Han Dynasty (202 B.C.) and in Yuan Dynasty, a state was set up here.
