Bijin Park, situated at the center of Yubei District, was built in 1986 and covers an area of over 20 hectares. There are hills and rockeries, pavilions and pools. Servene landscapes, upturned eaves and arches make this typical Chinese garden. It is announced to be AAAA park in 2001.
The park is famous for forests and plants. The whole area is covered with willows and peach trees, and dotted with lotus, Chinese flowering crab apple and wintersweet. Thus, it is always like Spring. Bijin Park, a cultural and leisure park, is like a pearl inlayed in Yubei District of Chongqing.
